  * This license permits the use of the Licensed Software on systems operated by the end user specified in the purchase order solely for internal business purposes.
  * Redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial distribution of the Licensed Software is prohibited without express written permission from CUBRO.

===== 3. Software Maintenance and Updates =====

  * Updates, upgrades, and patches for the Licensed Software are provided exclusively to the Licensee under a valid, active support and maintenance contract with CUBRO for 5 sets.
