This Software and Use Case License Certificate is issued by CUBRO Acronet GesmbH to CITRA, Kuwait (Licensee). It grants usage rights for CUBRO's proprietary software products under the conditions outlined herein.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms specified in this Certificate, CUBRO hereby grants the Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the following CUBRO software products ("Licensed Software"):

2. Scope of Use

This license permits the use of the Licensed Software on systems operated by the end user specified in the purchase order solely for internal business purposes.
Redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial distribution of the Licensed Software is prohibited without express written permission from CUBRO.

3. Software Maintenance and Updates

Updates, upgrades, and patches for the Licensed Software are provided exclusively to the Licensee under a valid, active support and maintenance contract with CUBRO for 5 sets.
